Authenticity

One of the key traits that a leader must have is authenticity. The ability to be genuine in all situations. This means expressing appreciation and not withholding it or overdoing it. This means expressing anger but not engaging in personal attacks. This means understanding the other’s vulnerability and not exploiting it. This means knowing one’s own limitations and not pretending otherwise.
